Overview
Adrienne has over 30 years of IT experience across different industry sectors including banking and finance; agribusiness; education; utilities; health insurance; government; superannuation; defence; and aged care. During that time, she has successfully fulfilled a range of senior management, project and consultancy roles in both strategic and operational contexts.
The diversity of these roles has included the leadership and management of operational functions; strategy review teams; enterprise programs of work; and outsourced project teams. Her responsibilities have ranged from establishing and managing service delivery functions; leading organisational change programs; developing and implementing operational frameworks; providing change expertise to business stakeholders; designing solutions aligned with expected business outcomes; and delivering various enterprise architecture planning and design initiatives.
Adrienne is passionate about the need for IT to act as a strategic business partner to enable an organisation’s strategic aspirations in a cost-effective and efficient way. As such, she has developed and instituted various strategic, architecture, and governance frameworks and methodologies to ensure the design integrity and quality of IT solutions and their alignment with business intent.
She has an MBA from the University of Adelaide, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a masters accreditation in ITIL. She is also a Fellow of the Leadership Institute of South Australia.
