Milena is an experienced Project Manager & Business Analyst with 20 years experience in the analysis and delivery of systems. She is proficient in facilitating business process improvement using proven methodologies.
Milena’s strengths include the management of internal and external parties to deliver quality deliverables on time, proactively managing risks and issues to eliminate blockers and minimise delays, and eliciting and defining requirements to ensure business success.
Milena has experience across the Banking, Superannuation and Insurance industries in business and technology-based roles. With the ability to straddle both disciplines, Milena can translate business needs and requirements into technical deliverables; and conversely, where a technical limitation or problem exists, she can identify the impacts to business as well as options to reduce or eliminate these impacts.

Milena has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Technology in Sydney and is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
