During a career spanning over twenty years in the IT industry, Tim has built a solid resume across multiple roles within the software delivery sector. For past 6 years, Tim has been the Head of the Business Analyst Division at multiple companies whilst also conducting the SCRUM Master role in parallel. Prior to this, Tim had over 15 years experience across various sectors managing testing teams.
Tim has successfully delivered numerous digital projects across mobile and online apps, CX/UX, business process improvement, internal software pieces and transformation projects that were integral to the growth and improvement of his client’s business strategy. With a passion for customer experience, strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, Tim is a focused and driven individual who prides himself on always achieving the best outcome for his clients.
