As a seasoned business professional, Jodie is adept at leading business and technology functions to achieve outstanding results. Jodie has specialist skill in assessing capabilities across people, process and technology to identify risks and opportunities, establishing the strategic direction for technologies, implementing governance models and oversight to ensure plans and delivery of business objectives are achieved. Jodie’s experience has also developed core competencies in change management, innovation and continuous improvement, mobile technology, cloud computing, business process reengineering, organisational transformation, team building, service delivery, contract management and negotiation, asset management and vendor management.

Jodie holds a bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (Information Systems), a Master’s in Business Administration (with Distinction) and a Diploma in Management (Leadership). Jodie is certified in Prince2, Managing Successful Programs and ITILv3. Jodie has held various Board and Committee roles including founding President of the Local Government IT Association of South Australia
