As 2022 draws to a close, the growing team at 9Yards has started reflecting on a terrific year of progress and adaptation to the ‘new ways of working’.
After a tumultuous last few years, we were fortunate enough to shift our focus to maintaining a positive work and life balance while working remotely. This has given us all the chance to appreciate each other even more – in addition to celebrating the success of the amazing culture we have created – when reconnecting at various catch ups throughout 2022.
Other yearly highlights included our winery day on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, and a cooking school in Sydney. To celebrate such a great year of transformation and progress, we’ve also enjoyed getting the team together in December in both Melbourne and Sydney!
A word from our CEO
“2022 has been an exciting one, with great growth for our clients and ourselves. After the uncertainty of the last few years, it finally feels like we can all see around the corner – and even while that view may have challenges of its own, I am confident and proud of the 9Yards team’s strength and resilience.
It is what underpins our ongoing proven success in taking organisations through their transformation programs, be it in finance and banking, superannuation, government, health and education, or our more recent experience in the legal, data centre operations, fleet management and employee experience sectors.
We have emerged from these Covid-affected years in a stronger position than we entered, and I am excited by the addition of numerous 9Yarders over the last 12 months. Each brings their own varying sector and domain expertise, complementing the already stable and highly professional team. Witnessing the ongoing collaboration and knowledge sharing across the entire team is truly inspiring.

and consolidation of critical IP, which will open new opportunities in new sectors and
