Adrienne has over 30 years of IT experience across different industry sectors including banking and finance; agribusiness; education; utilities; health insurance; government; superannuation; defence; and aged care. During that time, she has successfully fulfilled a range of senior management, project and consultancy roles in both strategic and operational contexts.
The diversity of these roles, performed at a global, national and local level, has included the leadership of operational functions; strategy review teams; enterprise programs of work; external vendor specialists, and outsourced project teams.
Her responsibilities have ranged from the design and provisioning of infrastructure and services; establishing and managing service delivery functions; initiating and leading organisational change programs; developing and implementing operational frameworks; designing solutions aligned with expected business outcomes; and delivering various enterprise architecture planning and design initiatives.
Adrienne is passionate about the need for IT to act as a strategic business partner to ensure technology enables an organisation’s strategic aspirations. As such, she has developed and instituted various strategic, architecture and governance frameworks and methodologies to ensure the integrity and quality of IT solutions and their alignment with business intent.
She has a business degree from the University of Adelaide, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a masters accreditation in ITIL. She is also a Fellow of the Leadership Institute of South Australia.
As a strong believer in altruism, she has acted as mentor and tutor for Business SA’s Youth Entrepreneur’s Scheme, Women in IT, University of Adelaide, and the Aboriginal Tertiary Assistance Scheme.
