Shannon is an Architect who has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years. This includes extensive experience bridging the gap between IT and the business during digital transformations, legacy integration, mergers and acquisitions and leading strategy and architecture teams.
In addition to the work Shannon has achieved at an architecture level, he has acquired many years’ experience in embedding architecture practices into organisations; designing and developing solutions, leading architecture, design and development teams, and providing direct consultancy services and expertise to business representatives and partners.
Consequently, Shannon has significant knowledge and experience across a wide range of technologies, domains and operating models that can be leveraged to readily identify a suitable approach to meet and enable a business need. His ability to quickly adapt and learn in changing environments and technologies is also a key strength.
Due to Shannon’s extensive background in transformation programs, he is skilled at defining, communicating and delivering change initiatives aligned with business outcomes and organisational strategy. This experience also enables him to anticipate and analyse the business impact of change and define remediation initiatives.
