Overview
Shane is an experienced business manager, holding senior management positions in both large multi-national enterprises and smaller privately owned companies for over two decades. Shane’s diverse experience has been gained from working in highly competitive businesses, offering both services and tangible products across different industry sectors including mining, energy, environmental services, commercial hire and agriculture.
Shane is responsible for driving the 9Yards’ business and developing the executive and leadership team as 9Yards continues to grow. Planning, directing and executing the objectives of the business and its operational strategy are amongst his key responsibilities. Shane is also passionate about working with the senior management of 9Yard’s client base to understand how technology can enable process efficiencies and transform business and operating models. Whilst not specifically from the technology advisory sector, he is a fast learner with strong business acumen that has come from years of general practice. He has an extensive background in business and people development, sales, marketing, and operational management across Australia and Asia Pacific.
Shane quickly develops a rapport with all client stakeholders to better understand their requirements from a collective viewpoint. A people-person with intuitive and emotional intelligence, Shane is enthusiastic about the development of the 9Yards business and its people.
