Overview
Paul is a Lead Architect with over 25 years-experience in the IT Industry and has worked in areas ranging from solution development and analysis to architecture and operational management.
The broad range of roles Paul has performed over the years has given him an excellent base of experience to be able to understand the different issues that organisations face in today’s ever-changing business and technology environment, and to assist those organisations in delivering successful change programs to better align their technology with business intent and to enable business outcomes.
Paul’s roles have seen him progress from positions as a programmer on mainframes, to analysis and solution development on mid-range platforms, and to solution and enterprise architecture. He has worked in lead and management roles supervising staff and worked for organisations in both permanent and consultant roles.
Paul is highly motivated and has the ability to communicate, both written and verbally, with an organisation’s technical and business functions. He has strong problem solving and decision-making skills, and a proven ability to think both strategically and operationally, and to offer recommendations based on an organisation’s strategic aspirations and business requirements.
Paul has worked with many different organisations throughout his career and has been highly regarded at each of his engagements for his attention to detail, work ethic, and ability to deliver.
