Overview
Paul is a seasoned leader with over 25 years experience across a diverse range of industries. He has a balanced set of skills that includes critical, analytical and systems thinking, people development and leadership. These capabilities, combined with a finely tuned commercial acumen, provides him with the ability to implement sustainable change to improve business performance and to operationalise strategies.
With an extensive career in consulting, software and product development, from small, innovative projects, through to large, multi-national, complex, multi-million-dollar programs of work (in both traditional and agile delivery frameworks) Paul has been through it all first-hand: great, good, and bad. From this basis Paul’s career became less technically focused and more outcome-focused, working with key business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions met their tactical and strategic business goals. Most recently, over the past 6 years, his roles have ranged from business operations management through to Chief Executive Officer and he has been accountable for the successful commercial and operational management, and growth, of niche consulting firms.
Paul is passionate about being a great servant-leader, focusing on growing organisational health, and creating environments that foster trust, curiosity, passion and drive agility, employee engagement and empowerment, inclusion and diversity, creative thinking and innovation.
